All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. The commission is calculated on the gross booking price and invoiced after each completed booking. Base fees are due annually in advance.

Answers to frequently asked questions from campsite operators

We have deliberately separated the documents for clarity. The General Terms of Use apply to all users of the platform. In addition, there are the Special Terms of Use for Providers, which specifically govern the relationship between you as an operator and Campcruisers.

As a campsite operator, you can register commercially. For private pitches, there is a separate section on our platform.

Essentially four steps: fill out the online registration form, confirm your email address, connect your Stripe account, and have your business documents ready.

No, registration is completely free. Costs only arise when a booking is made through Campcruisers (commission) or when you opt for a paid plan.

In this case, we will gladly check whether we can accept payments on your behalf and process bookings as a tour operator for you. Simply send us an email and we will find a solution together.
