- From Germany: There is no longer a direct ferry. The best option is the ferry from Travemünde to Helsinki (Finland) and from there a short 2-hour ferry ride to Tallinn.
- Alternative Route: Ferry from Germany to Latvia (Liepāja) or Lithuania (Klaipėda) and from there the scenic journey through the Baltic States to the north.
- 🚗 By land:
- Arrival by land leads through Poland and the Baltic States Lithuania and Latvia ("Via Baltica"). The route is long, but a great way to experience all three Baltic countries.
- ✈️ By plane:
- Tallinn International Airport (TLL) is served directly by several German airports (e.g. Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich), mostly by airBaltic or Lufthansa.
